from the day you receive your order
Changed your mind or need a different size? You have 14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange.
Conditions
To keep things fair for everyone, returned items must meet a few conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed, in original condition
- Original tags still attached
- Returned within the 14-day window
- Proof of purchase / order reference included
Sale items and pieces marked final sale are not eligible for return. Exchanges for a different size are always welcome, subject to availability.
How to start a return
- Message us with your order reference and the reason for your return or exchange.
- We'll confirm the return and share the address to send your item back to.
- Pack the piece securely with its original tags and ship it back to us.
- Once received and checked, we'll process your exchange or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow a few business days for it to reflect. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
